Indian cricket team star spinner Kuldeep Yadav arrived in Kanpur with his wife Vanshika Singh for the first time after their wedding and received a grand welcome at his residence. The couple reached their home in the Defence Colony area of Jajmau on Sunday, where elaborate arrangements had been made by the family to celebrate their arrival.

The house was beautifully decorated with a mix of Indian and imported flowers including lilies, orchids, tulips, heliconia, dahlias, marigolds, English roses, chrysanthemum and tuberose. A red carpet was laid out especially for the bride, creating a festive atmosphere as the newly married couple entered their home. The selection of flowers for the decoration was personally chosen by Kuldeep’s father, Ram Singh Yadav, to make the occasion memorable.

As news of their arrival spread, local residents gathered outside the house from early morning to catch a glimpse of the newlyweds. Kuldeep Yadav married his childhood friend Vanshika Singh on March 14 at ITC Savoy. After the wedding ceremony and farewell rituals, the couple travelled to Kanpur in a black BMW car and were welcomed warmly by close family members and relatives.

A grand reception for the couple will be held on March 17 at Centrum Hotel. The venue is special for the couple as their engagement was also held there on June 4, 2025. Several prominent guests, including officials from Board of Control for Cricket in India and Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, along with senior political leaders such as Yogi Adityanath, are expected to attend the reception.
