Kiara Advani’s birthday brought a fresh glimpse into the world of *Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups*, as the film’s makers unveiled a new poster featuring her character, Nadia. The close-up poster highlights Kiara’s intense look, with smoky eye makeup and bold red lips, adding to the intrigue surrounding her role.

The makers had earlier released *Tabaahi*, the film’s first song, through an official music video that offered audiences a longer look at the chemistry between Yash and Kiara. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, *Toxic* also stars Tara Sutaria, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi, among others.

Kiara recently spoke about Geetu’s approach to her character and revealed that the director asked her to avoid greetings on set so she could remain fully immersed in the role. “Geetu is like, okay, tomorrow when you come on set, I want you to be… and I’m a person when I walk on set I’m always like, ‘Hi, what’s up, good morning’, I’m that person. And she’s like, ‘I don’t want pleasantries, I want you to come in that zone, no hi hello, not your team, nobody, just be in a zone today’," Kiara told Bombay Times.

She also described shooting in Kannada as a challenging experience, particularly because it was her first time performing the same scenes in both English and Kannada. “Working in Kannada, I think I would say Toxic has been challenging because it’s for the first time that we shot in both English and Kannada. We would do the same scene. So this shot was an English shot first till we got the take right. Then we do the Kannada take, because you’re, at least for someone like me, Kannada not being my language, mugging up my dialogues literally the night before," she said. Shot in English and Kannada, *Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups* is set to release in multiple languages, including Hindi.
