Boosting Public Health Through Innovation

Emphasising the role of innovation in strengthening healthcare systems, J. P. Nadda inaugurated the 10th National Summit on Public Health Innovations in Chandigarh.

The event reflects a continued effort to improve healthcare delivery by promoting effective and scalable solutions across India.


Organised by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the summit focuses on identifying, recognising, and documenting successful practices implemented by States and Union Territories. It provides a platform to highlight evidence-based initiatives that have led to measurable improvements in public health.


The two-day gathering brings together policymakers, health experts, and senior officials to exchange ideas and experiences. Through presentations and discussions, participants explore innovative interventions that can be replicated in different regions to enhance healthcare outcomes nationwide


The summit underscores India’s commitment to building a stronger and more resilient public health system by encouraging collaboration, sharing knowledge, and scaling up proven innovations.
