Comedian Samay Raina and actress Medha Shankr have addressed the latest speculation surrounding their personal lives, particularly rumours claiming that the two were planning to get married. Raina has been linked with Shankr and Sharon Verma in online discussions, with their reported appearances together often fuelling relationship rumours. However, neither Raina nor Shankr has publicly confirmed a relationship between them.

The latest buzz claimed that Raina and Shankr were allegedly set to tie the knot in December. The speculation came despite the absence of any official confirmation from either celebrity. Reports also suggested that Raina was eager to marry the actress soon, but both have now responded to the claims through their respective Instagram Stories.

Raina addressed the wedding rumours with his trademark humour, pointing out that he already has an India tour scheduled for December. Tagging Shankr, he wrote, “December mai toh mera India tour hai (I have a tour in India in December) @medhashankr sorry will have to postpone,” turning the speculation into a light-hearted joke.

Shankr also reacted to the reports by sharing a meme on Instagram. Alongside a picture of a cow looking at the screen, she wrote, “Me scrolling past all the baseless wedding rumours like,” appearing to dismiss the claims surrounding her alleged marriage to Raina. The two have previously appeared together on India’s Got Latent, including an episode featuring Varun Dhawan on the panel.

Raina and Shankr’s responses have now put a humorous spin on the latest marriage speculation. While the two have continued to attract attention because of their public appearances and on-screen association, neither has confirmed the relationship or wedding claims that have circulated online.
