Ayodhya’s Ram Temple to Live Stream Grand Nav Samvatsar Ceremony; Special Arrangements in Place
Ayodhya | 10 March 2026
A grand Nav Samvatsar celebration is set to take place at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple complex in Ayodhya, with the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust making special arrangements to ensure the event reaches devotees across the country. The ceremony has gained added importance as the presence of Droupadi Murmu, the President of India, is expected at the event, making it one of the key religious gatherings at the temple.
According to the temple trust, the entire programme will be broadcast live through various digital and media platforms so that devotees who cannot attend in person can still watch the celebrations. The responsibility for the live coverage has been given to Doordarshan, which will stream the ceremony through television and online platforms.
In addition to the online broadcast, large LED screens will be installed both inside and outside the temple premises to allow visitors present in Ayodhya to witness the ceremony comfortably. Similar live broadcasts were arranged earlier during major temple events such as the Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan and the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha Ceremony, when Narendra Modi attended the programmes.
Before the Nav Samvatsar celebration, a special one-day religious ritual will also be organised on Varsh Pratipada. During this ritual, a Ram Naam Temple and a Shri Ram Yantra will be installed on the second floor of the temple complex. The chief host of this ceremony will be temple trust member Anil Kumar Mishra, who will perform the rituals along with his wife.
