PM Modi Extend Greetings on Day 7 of Chaitra Navratri, Invoke Blessings of Maa Kaalratri

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended greetings to citizens on the seventh day of Chaitra Navratri, dedicated to Goddess Maa Kaalratri. In his message, the Prime Minister offered prayers for courage, determination, and success for all, expressing hope that the blessings of the Goddess would bring strength and positivity into people’s lives.


In a post shared on social media, he highlighted the spiritual significance of worshipping Maa Kaalratri, noting that devotion to the Goddess instills confidence and renewed energy among followers. He also shared a Sanskrit verse in praise of the deity, emphasising the role of spiritual practice in fostering inner strength and resilience.


Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also conveyed their greetings on the occasion. While Yogi Adityanath described Maa Kaalratri as a symbol of protection and positivity, Rekha Gupta highlighted the Goddess’s role in empowering devotees to overcome challenges with courage and confidence.


Maa Kaalratri, regarded as the seventh form of Goddess Durga, symbolises the destruction of darkness and negativity. Across the country, devotees marked the occasion with prayers and temple visits, reflecting deep faith and cultural tradition during the ongoing Navratri celebrations.
